Just Jointers brings experience in all aspects of cable jointing and associated works with an energy utility background and an understanding of the importance of this service. Operations and Procedures

General
Just Jointers strictly complies with the Industry Standards and Government Legislation including the Electricity Act when providing its services.

Dress Code
At all times, Just Jointers employees are required to wear appropriate clothing for safety purposes so that the risk of accidents and incidents is reduced.

Footwear
Just Jointers employees shall at all times wear suitable enclosed footwear for safety purposes.

Drugs & Alcohol
No Just Jointers employees shall attempt to perform his or her duties whilst under the influence of alcohol or illegal drugs.  The company has the right to institute a medical examination for the purpose of determining if such a case exists, and failure to accept this condition shall result in instant dismissal of the employee.

Access to Premises
Just Jointers employees shall only use keys provided by clients to access the area necessary to carry out our contracted duties.  Under no circumstance will a Just Jointers employee enter an area of client’s premises that is not directly related to the contracted work.

Communications
All communications relating to company business shall be conducted directly between Just Jointers Management and clients.

Training
All Just Jointers employees receive on the job training for a period of six months after initial employment.  All employees have access to our manual of practices and procedures, including our quality and WHSE manuals.

Assessment of Hazards
Should Just Jointers employees have any reason to believe that a hazard exists in a workplace, he or she shall complete an Individual Hazard Assessment Report and forward this immediately to Just Jointers Management for investigation.  This report will be forwarded to our client as required.
